Studio Rules
- Outdoor shoes are not allowed on the studio floors. Always come prepared with a proper change of clean, indoor shoes.
- Students who are 15 minutes late for class will not be permitted into the class.
- Students are expected to come to all classes and lessons capable of engaged participation. Any student who is intoxicated or disorderly, are not permitted in the studio and will be asked to leave.
- All students are expected to show consideration and respect to all instructors, fellow students & guests. We reserve the right to refuse service of any student.
- Please note that Jaguar Dance Company is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
Fees and Attendance
- No refund or credit is given for missed classes.
- Group Classes & Bootcamps are not refundable.
Injury
- As with other recreational sports and physical activities, there is always the potential for injury. All students must sign our standard waiver during checkout.
Communication
- All complaints and queries will be dealt with promptly, seriously, with sensitivity and shall remain confidential. If you wish to submit a complaint please email [email protected].
Privacy
- Jaguar Dance Company respects your privacy and pledges to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information. All personal information you share with us is maintained in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (2000).
- Jaguar Dance Company will never sell, trade, rent, exchange or otherwise share your personal information with any other person, company, or organization.
COVID-19
- Students are required to adhere to all public health mandated COVID requirements.
- Jaguar Dance Company cannot be held liable for any exposure to the COVID-19 virus caused by any misinformation on our platforms or the health history provided by each student.
Gift Certificates
- All bookings are subject to availability and change.
- Advance booking is required.
- Any booking made using your gift certificate will be subject to our normal booking policy.
- Your gift certificate is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Gift certificates are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The actual gift certificate must be presented for validation upon arrival.
- Gift certificates will be automatically redeemed in the case of a no show.
- We are not responsible if a Gift Certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission.
- A gift certificate cannot be used to purchase another gift certificate.
